Amy graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 1999. Since this time, she has gained 17 years of experience in Paediatric communication disorders/delays and literacy development. Her career started in early intervention in QLD and NSW before practising in Scotland, England and Canada for a combined 11 years.

During these years she gained vast experience working with children with varying speech, language, social and literacy disorders/delays. In the past 3 years, Amy has made a return to Australia and continues to be passionate about working with young children and their families. She believes that early intervention is paramount to obtaining optimal communication outcomes. She also has a strong belief in the importance of a family’s role in treatment and strives to educate families and care givers so that their child’s goals are attainable and progress is continuous. Amy is a certified member of Speech Pathology Australia, The College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC and Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
